I am a 26-year-old male who recently underwent a medical checkup. However, I am a bit concerned and anxious about some of the findings in my report. I would like to share the concerning parts below for your review and advice.
Concerning Findings:
ECG Report: Marked as "Abnormal ECG".
States "Possible lateral infarct, age undetermined".
Notes "Sinus rhythm with short PR interval" and "Eca-short PR"
Lipid Profile:
HDL-Cholesterol: 35.30 mg/dL
Inflammation Marker: ESR (1 hour): 19 mm/hr (Above the normal reference range of 0-15 mm/hr.)
My Questions:
1. Does the ECG indicate that I might have had a silent heart attack or some kind of permanent heart damage?
2. Is the short PR interval something serious or something should monitor closely?
3. Based on these findings together, do I need further cardiac or inflammatory investigations right away?
