My doctor has prescribed me with palido OD 9. There are no ssri, are ssri mandatory with antipsychotic for conditions as schizoaffective disorder. Do I need to change my doctor?

Certain patients with schizoaffective disorders respond too SSRIs. It depends on patients mood symptoms. If you r having depressive complaints, SSRIs might prove beneficial.

No, if you are not having any mood episodes, it is perfectly ok to be only on an antipsychotic. I'm sure your Doctor has evaluated you and hence come to the conclusion. Have faith in your treating Doctor.
