SSRI for PME
One of the UROLOGIST AND ANDROLOGIST
prescribed SSRI (Paroxitine 12.5 mg ) OD for PME for 2 months , before starting I have some doubts pls clarify it
1-Paroxitine causes maximum metabolic side effects in all SSRIs so is it safe to take ?
(no DM, no HTN , Dyslipidemia treated by life style changes )
2- Will it causes changes in my behaviour as it increases the serotonin ?
3- How long I need to take SSRI ?
4- Max dose for PME and how to stop it ?
4-After stopping it ,will it cause any psychotic effect ?
