Squint/Lazy eyes
My son is 2 years old and before one month I started notice there was a deviation in his eyes in sometimes . So I visited hospital and they told us to do patching exercise for 2h per day in the alternative eyes for 3 month. But now I can see the squint very frequently. So shall I increase the number of exercise hours? And suggest what are the exercises that I can follow. Doctor haven't suggested any particular training and told to show bright colour games during patching exercise .

First refractive error should be evaluated again and change of glasses accordingly secondly make sure that child wears glass regurlarly not only during patching patching and exercise should also be done with glasses worn go to some squint specialist as this could lead to amblyopia

Get a refraction done under atropinisation. Discuss the refraction readings with the doctor. If the refractive error is significant the child may have to be given some correction. Patching can be decided subsequently
