Sputum - Blood
I often get headache last two years ago had nasal block surgery , but whenever early in the morning after brushing when I try to clear my tongue and other things by putting hand in my mouth to clear if anything , then am spitting sputum which has blood earlier when consulted number of doctors they said it was allergy but now from an year am not even stepping out due to lockdown still it is same. When had all Ct scan and other x rays for chest everything seems to be normal. But the issue seems to be panicking.Please suggest on further action
