Spotting, white &bloody discharge

Asked for Male, 29 Years

I already posted earlier about my usg report and you all said its normal as I was not getting periods for 5 months and July I got and it was there for 27 days and Dr did usg and gave me Tranex for 3 days and it got stopped. Now for this month 10 days before my periods I got spotting and bloody discharge and at the same time getting white discharge. But still didn't get my periods. Today morning got spoting and bloody discharge and again got white discharge what is the reason for this?? I am married and not pregnant.
