Asked for Female, 24 Years

Hi I'm completed 2 months of C section and tubectomy and I'm breast feeding mother and I'm still spotting doctor suggested me to take a depo provera injection for one time to stop my spotting but no use I'm still spotting.after using this injection how many days take to stop my spotting completely? When my spotting will stop completely? why this injection not help me? why I'm still spotting?
