Spotting time to time. What should i do?

I'm so confused whether this is hernia or gastritis or cryptic pregnancy or intestinal movements. Had unprotected sex on 23 nov last year. Wasn't sure whether I've conceived or not, skip period on nov. Dec 13-28.jan 15-19.feb-18-23.march-21-24.no period on April bcoz I took m2tone. May 3-17 period first n spotting. June 17-23 normal period  tissue every month  n 3days frequent urine before period (dec - june) done us abdomen n results as pcod with anteverted n empty uterus on april n done many urine test with -ve result. feel disconfort while sitting n white long milky discharge every month on the 14 day after period. round poops out betn the lower rips n disappear if i press.stomach gurgling a lot n feeling movements specially in the lower right abdomen if i rub. i don't pass gas often. sometimes not even once in a day. i don't drinkmuch water. nausea sometimes. what could be the reason n what is happening n what should i do?
