Spotting instead of period

Asked for Female, 27 Years

Hi, had unprotected intercourse with my bf on the 21st of January. Took the morning after pill 2 hours after the incident. Experienced bleeding a week after taking the pill. My usual period was 7days late and it very light, almost like spotting. I have taken about 8 pregnancy test and all came back negative. Is there any possibly that I can still be pregnant or is it just the morning after pill affecting my cycle?
