Spotting ,heavy periods ,TSH 10.1

I am 35 years old , not sexually active,I am having irregular periods issue from past 1 year,last year in July I had heavy periods for 22 days so doctor suggested to take Novelon I took 2 packs then few months period was regular than again in Jan 2020 I had same issue so again took 2 packs of Novelon but in July I had sometimes heavy period and spotting ,as suggested by doctor took Normoz for 1 month along with Dexorange syrup but now no heavy bleeding but spotting is still there it will stop for few days then again start. As told by doctor got Thyroid and serum prolactin test done ( screen shot attached) TSH 10.100 Prolactin 24.9 Kindly suggest me Thyroid medicine and dose for cure of thyroid issue and spotting.
