Spotting during Period and stomach pain
I have never been late on my period date but this time it was late by a week and still then it's just spotting here and there but not proper periods and my stomach is insanely bloated and the pain is there in my stomach. I feel heavy and dizzy all the time . We have started to try and conceive and I even took a pregnancy test but it turned out negative. Please suggest if there is anything serious . Thanks

Please get an ultrasound scan done to rule out any problems.
It may be quite.normal once in a while to get irregular cycles ..esp if u r stressed out..
But it's worthwhile to check..certain kinds of cysts in d ovary may cause this kind of issues

however, it's better also to recheck pregnancy test once more...with first passed urine of d day
