Spotting between periods

Asked for Female, 33 Years

I have an iud since 2013. Never had problems. Recently though i have had problems with bleeding between my periods. This month has been the worst. Bleeding during the day on and off for 2 weeks. I checked my strings. They're fine. I need help.
