Spotted bleeding

Asked for Female, 24 Years

Had protected sex on 15 july but was unsure so had a unwanted 72 tablet on the same day. On 19july I felt a boil near my vaginal area which had previously occured when I shaved (baltod/kestod) for which I took a Zifi 200. Also, did feel some itching in the vaginal passage to which I applied Candid cream. The very next day of having Zifi CV 200 I had spotting of blackish red blood and is still continuing with light red and watery consistency. Could you please suggest which procedure should I go through?
