Spots pugmentation and bump on arms
Hi, i have spots and pigmenattion on both my arms since long and my brother alao has it. Some are elevated and some are not and its only in arm area. Is is because of lactose intolerance or melanin?
can it be cured ? Attched pic for reference

Did you undergo waxing recently ? Or these appeared after you started waxing your hands ? These might be either post waxing folliculitis or Keratosis pilaris. Needs a clear photo for accurate diagnosis and discuss in detail so that accurate treatment can be given to you.
