Hello Doctor,
From quite some times some pigments or spots like small dots have started to appear on my foot and ankle. At first I thought it might be because of some insect or something but it doesn't hurt or itch. It is slowly spreading instead. Please suggest what this could be and what should I do to get it treated.
Thanks

This sounds like shambergs purpura. It can be treated but I cannot be until I see the spots. Please call me or send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment advice.
