Black spotting & prominent vein at ankle
My mother aged 52 is getting red and black spotting at the ankle of right leg. The veins are quite prominently visible and red. This has been there for years. We go to doctor only when that foot swells. Doctor suggests thyroid related medicines but nothing for the visible veins and spotting. As of now she is at my native which is a village. Don't know if it is a skin problem! Doctors we have visited have not provided any concrete answer on problems , resolutions, or causes? Please have a look at the attached pic and suggest what should be done.
