Asked for Female, 16 Years

So basically me and my boyfriend have been together now for almost 2 years and now we started to have sex we were both virgins when we met so neither of us had done nothing before with no one. The other day while going to the bathroom I notice that I couldn’t pee because it was extremely painful and I looked in the mirror and there was some open blister type spots just at the bottom of my vigina. I thought nothing of it and left it. Then more appeared later on. Please help me, I’m 16:(
