  4. Spots on breast. Attached the picture.

Noticed some spots on the areola. It is not either itchy nor paining. Not feeling any pain in breast. I am breastfeeding my 11 months old baby. Please let me know if this is a kind of infection or something should i worry about. Attached the picture.
