Spots came and disappear

Asked for Male, 25 Years

My wife having spots without any pain or itching or swelling. It cames and disappear.her mother also having same problm. Please suggest what is it and why it is. What to do.im attaching pics.. please suggest

It looks like a purpura( a small blood clot) is some ladies it might occur spontaneously due to a genetic condition called idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura ( ITP) . But better to rule out anything else with a routine blood bleeding and clotting parameters.
