Spoting And small amount of blood

Asked for Female, 25 Years

In previous month i got my period before 4 days prior to my actual date which is 30th of the month. After one week i had a protected sex but after 5-6 days i saw my urine is reddish in colour and today suddenly i had spotting and small amount of blood flow which feels like its not my monthly cycle, no stomach pains and no cramps even i did not take any contraceptive pills. I can feel breast pain and heaviness. Can you please guide me what should i do i am very stressed about this.
