Spot pain in the bicep area in left hand
The pain reoccurs after a few hours and it's a spot pain in the middle of my left hand bicep muscle area. It stays for a while and then goes. It's like this pinching pain.

did you take any Xray?any history of fall?is this pain work related?can take prasaranyadi kashaya and apply kottamchukkadi taila before hotwater bath.avoid daily head bath,cold food ,curd , heavy exertion to affected area.
