Spot on face after insect bite

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I have this small lump under the skin after an insect bite... I squeezed it.. The fluid came out and the lump reduced in size.. But now there's is a spot... I've used fucibet cream.. Please help how can I get rid of the spot pictures are attached

The photos is not clear but it looks like folliculitis. Donot use fucibet. Not supposed to be used for this and on face. Please send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment
