I am having black spots in my lower lip...and havings small moles in my skin.how to get rod of these ?

Sometimes black spots on the lower lips appear like freckles. The sports can be indicative of an underlying gastrointestinal disease. They could also be genetic in nature. A proper examination is required to know more. I hope this is helpful.
