please share a close-up pic of your eyes with detailed history about discharge watering redness pain itching swelling and blurring of vision. it could be stye if it ruptures please squeez out the pus. do hot foamentation and put antibiotics eye drops 2hourly e.g. moxifloxacin. .

Its stye if its started recently otherwise chalazion.
If its stye take
Tab azithral 250 mg daily ones for 5 days in the morning after food
Tab lyzer-d 2 times a day for 3 days after food.
Eye drops vigamox or moxicip 3 times a day for 1 week
Eye ointment exocine or moxicip at bed time for one week and
Hot fomentation means hot water soaked cloth keep on closed eye for few seconds and repeat as much as you can.
Next Steps
consult ophthalmologist near by if its there for more than 3 weeks and no pain for surgical procedure to remove chalazion.
