I had a spontaneous abortion in 2nd week.
What are the precautions that I need to take so that I'll be to conceive again.
Is it advisable to take vit b12 or folic acid tablets during this period ?

Preconception Folic acid reduces chance of abortion. Have healthy diet , plan after 3 months of an abortion.
