Am practicing yoga since last 5 months. Last one week I have been suffering from lower back pain.After Last two yoga practice sessions, I felt numbness in my first two toe fingers. My practitioner asked me to take an xray. Am attaching my xray report. No previous history of back pain. Pls suggest me do's and don't s. Thanks in advance
