My mother has severe pain in the lower neck. Consulted some doctors. They say its spondylitis. Its from last 15 years but we had not found any permanent cure for the same.

It's better to consult any nearby qualified physiotherapist who can assess her well and possible outcomes. Stretching and strengthening exercises can help.

If she does physiotherapy she will become normal.  The spondylitis cannot be reversed but can be stopped from hurting if she does physiotherapy .  Exercises would be the best. To make start,  she may need medicines.
