My father is 81 years old. He is frequently getting dizziness because Of Spondylitis . How to overcome it? His bp is normal. So he is afraid of walking alone because od spondylitis. Is there any medicine to stop dizziness? Kindly help me

At the age of 81 spondylosis is common....need to evaluate other symptoms as well....some physiotherapy and lifestyle modification needed with medication....
Dizziness in spondylosis could be due to problem in spinal cord or blood flow to brain. Additionally, we have to rule out brain related causes. Hence, detailed physical examination followed by appropriate investigations are needed to arrive at diagnosis before starting treatment.

• Spine ergonomic instructions-Avoid forward bending, and ground-level activities. To sleep on a cot with a firm mattress, Sit on an ergonomic chair/Table for work, take a break every 45 mins on sitting jobs, and electronic device to be placed at eye level.
