Spleen size increase
My son has fever from last 40 Days, intially the doctor was unable to diagnose the reason of fever because all reports were normal.
Now the doctor clear that his spleen size is increased and giving medicine for that, but again fever was ok for 2 days then it came back.
Now I am not sure that spleen size is the basic reason behind the fever or something else.
How can I be sure that, Is there any test to identify that spleen size increase.

Splenomegaly,i.e enlargement of spleen is NOT a disease in itself,but a SIGN of other,systemic diseases,including infections too.
Plz consult another paediatrician for physical examination and investigation for further management.
