Spitting Blood
I had cold 20 days back. Since then whenever I am sneezing and after that I am spitting blood is coming. when I spit normally blood doesn't come. And it happens when I sneeze through my Right nose

Seems like an  infection. And due to too much sneezing and cold , the bleeding happens due to friction of small mucous membranes usually. There could be other reasons of course. But this seems the most likely scenario. You need some anti histamine, antibiotocs and supportive medicine. Consult with full details. All the best
