Spine surgery for nurve
After the result of x Ray and MRI doctor suggested to do surgery to release pressed nurve between to l5 s1 spine and there is gap between l5 and s1 I need second opinion for that problem is that surgery will be ok in that case

Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times. Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily. Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Hi You will have to share the exact detail report of the Xray and Mri.Also details of your pain and  symptoms related to it.Kindly Visit a Physiotherapist who will let you know based on the findings if there is a real need for surgery or if the symptoms can be managed with physio and exercises.Take care

Please visit a spine surgeon or orthopaedician for assessment. Don't go by the people saying. People who do not know about the real issue will ask to linger on and get on without surgery and then you land up in a situation where the surgery gives no or minimal benefit. Decide in consultaion with the best ones only.
