Spinal cord injury

My father has post-operative cervical cord injury. Currently, he has severe spasticity & walks using a walker. I did hear about homeopathy & ayurveda, but tried few doctors for some time with no result. Is there anything that alternative medicine can do help? If yes, where can I find right doctor with documented results
