I had trouble with pain in my left arm so i decided to wear a fir bit and two days in a row i noticed a sudden spike in resting heart rate even when I'm asleep it's over 100 like 111 sometimes 108 i have anxiety but i wasn't anxious at that time and there is no nightmare i can relate to...

Hello,
With the history of anxiety this high resting heart rate seems to be related to that. You need not feel anxious all the time. Its in your subconscious mind. For further evaluation get your ECG, CBC and TFT done and report
