I have taken semen analysis and it shown sperm count as nil and scroutm scan show everything is fine and fsh is 6.66 and lh is 8.70 and testosterone is 4.90 next what should i have to do

Ru married. If yes, then nothing to worry. It has nothing to do with your sexual performance. It's related to Fertility only. Single report is not conclusive. Azoospermic man can also father a child, by IVF - icsi.
