Is spermatorrhoa psychological problem or its a disease.. how it can be cured and how do we know wheteher semen is passing through urine or not

Hello my friend... I understand your concern... Spermatorrhea is not a disorder...it is involuntary ejaculation..It happens due to lack of sexual activity like masturbation or sex for long. So there is likely excessive semen in seminal vesicles which comes out with minor pressure or excitation...Once you start releasing sperm by masturbating or having sex with a partner you will get releaf... If no improvements with above suggestions consult your doctor they will help you further.
