Sperm selction for Balance translocation
Hello, I have had 1 IVF, 2 Embryo transfer failed (4 AA grade embryos). Later found out my husband has balanced translation. Both of us have all other parameters good. My husband semen analysis, DNA fragmentation are also very good. He had 37% DFI but later due to lifestyle change it is now 23%. doctor has advised we can try naturally also or we can go for ICSI with PGT and micro fluid sperm selection. I am very afraid because financially it's very huge for us and what if PGT results are negative . Is there any chance to increase PGT embryos? Do Micro fluid sperm selection help in any way? Please help. We both are 31 years. My AMH is 3.55. We don't have any other issue than karyotyping of my husband
