Sperm releases in urine how can i cure it. after urination sperm releases weekly 4times, i had a back pain after sperm releases. suggest me to how to get rid.

Sperm release or loss of sperm does not cause, any harm. The thing what u call sperm is not actually sperm bht secretion of cowper gland. So nothing to worry
