Sperm patch on penis and fore skin
I have something which is white patch inside my penis whether it is sperm or something else but it get washed when i pour water whether it is happening bcoz of masturbation bcoz i masturbate daily

Clean genitals with soap and Luke warm water and dry it stop masturbation and watching porn for some time
