Sir i am 23 years old, I am interested in sex since my 13 years old, At that i tried to masturbation, But i Cant, First i think i dnt know how to masturbation, Then i didnt do that, Now i tried 15 minutes for this masturbation, But no semen is produced. What i do? Can i become a father? Is their any remedies?

1- stress/ tension/ anxity/ irritable/ depresion
2- medical as sex hormone etc
better assess properly n plan treatment accordingaly
rather than just blind treatment
