Sperm not coming out after mastrubation
Hlw doctor, Yesterday I got severe stomach pain due to stones in kidney,consulted a doctor and gave some injections to reduce pain,now Iam not feeling any pain in stomach...but from today after mastrubating Iam not getting sperm out...Will it cause any issue.Please help

It's becoz of lower ureteric calulus and might be from one the tablets
