Sperm not comes during intercourse
Hello Doctor While intercourse sperm never comes automatically in missionary position.. Sometimes if she rides on top of me than after 10 mins it comes... She want to conceive now.. I masturbate and insert the sperm...By this method can she conceive...bcoz always after insertion I see sperm flows back out?? I am really worried...Is it a major concern... I am not taking any antidepressant... I am working in marketing segment... Please guide me ...

Not a problem. Delay in ejaculation or anejaculation in a particular position always indicates suboptimal arousal due to fatigue. Try to have sexual intercourse when you are not tired and when you are eager. Temporary usage of PDE5 INHIBITORS can be useful if there are no contraindications for them.
