Sperm morphology is 1 percent. Help.

Dear Doctor, Me and my wife(31 years old) are trying to conceive from last 1 year and underwent semen analysis test recently and got to know my morphology is just 1 percent. Apart from morphology all other parameters are good. We underwent all the other fertility tests and everything is normal apart from morphology 1 percent. Please let me know if we can conceive naturally and does IUI treatment works with 1 percent morphology. I am really worried as my consulting doctor says only IVF treatment works for us. Note: I had done semen analysis exactly a year back and report was normal with 70 percent morphology but now I can't believe there is a drastic decrease in the result just in 1 year of time. I have attached my semen analysis report for your reference. Please help.
