SPERM LEAKED AFTER PISSING
From childhood i had night falls problm. now it 90% solved. when it occurs i eat cold food which digest easily and body cooled. but now from few days i have some problems like some feelings there where the sperm coming . its continue from 8 days. and it dont digest food .so what should i do?

Semen production goes on in the testis for 24 hours and gets stored in seminal vesicles. Now imagine seminal vesicles as a water tank. 24 hours production at some time, will make tank full.
