Sperm Leakage During Excretion
Hi Doctor, I'm 18yrs old, I'm suffering from Sperm Leakage or Weak Nerves system of my peins, when I give pressure during Excretion in toilet, some of my sperms came out from my peins also, I felt pain in nerves after the sperm came out, difficulty to urine after excretion.
Some Symptoms I noticed back pain, hair loss and weakness.

Hi.. this is normal. But the fear of losing sperm is called DHAT syndrome. You will need counseling regarding the same.
