Sperm issue
Sir I have problems in ejection the sperm inside vagina any idea. And sperm count is less and also flow of mine and my pennies stands strongly for 5 min and it will come to normal position and if masturbate outside it comes. Please give me suggestions for all these questions. My wifes monthly periods are going normally.

Nothing to worry. It's normal. One learn good sex with regular practice. So keep on trying.
