Sperm ejaculation while sleeping.
Dr. I am 18 years old and my sperm ejaculates when I am sleeping and it has always happened when I have some dreams . It's happening suddenly and not constantly. I have reduced my hand job, I do it around 2 to 3 times in a month , is this the reason I am ejaculating when I sleep. Pls tell me if this is a problem. What will happen if this continues?
