Sperm drops problem or semen ejeculation
I have been suffering from semen problem for last 7 years .sperm dops comes out very quickly when i get little bit emotional.even if i do normal talk with girls..it occurs.i feel weekness after this.and friction b/w my bones increases.all this process takes 5-6 seconds to occur

Thank you for asking. I can understand the distress you are through. Your complaints are suggestive of premature ejaculation problem. A condition where the threshold for ejaculation is very low. Minor sexual arousal can lead to discharge. At times, it can be spontaneous. The sex tends to be futile or non rewarding due to very short time to ejaculation. There may not be a specific reason or causative factor to it, but the causes are multifactorial. Stress, anxiety, etc are some important risk factors. With suitable treatment and instructions it is completely curable.
