Its not a good report... Start herbal supplements.. To be sexually fit completely.. To increase sperm count and motility .. And to get rid of infection..

Count is Normal but percentage of nonmotile sperms are more.

Repeat seman examination from good patho lab with proper abstinence and without spillage. This should be only done if u r married and want to achieve father hood. No relevance for sexual problems.
