Iam recently got married want to know how many days gaps should we take for getting our sperm strong for getting pregnant. is daily sex reduces sperm count. iam doing daily sex and i think my sperm is having low volume and sometimes watery thats why i think if i give gap of 3-4 days is sexual intercourse then may sperm will come in good quantity. can some body suggest me some good tips for this as iam planning for baby. Thanks

If u have good sperm count then daily sex does not reduce sperm count .It is an adequate diet with lots of green leafy vegetables and fruits daily along with dry fruits that help in good sexual energy as well as semen.

Alternative days sexual activity will give you similar results like daily activity. Having low volume ejaculate following daily intercourse is normal. Stop worrying
