Sperm automatically release during sleep
Respected sir I am suffering From night fall..my age is 18...twice in a week my sperm release automatically during sleep.sir suggest some measure to stop this as my face is becoming very bad..please do reply sir please...how to get rid of these problem

Night fall is not an illness and is quite normal. Mostly its the lubricating fluid that comes out not semen. It doesn't causes any problem contrary to cultural beliefs. Only the anxiety and guilt associated with it causes problems and you start feeling week. It will automatically go once you become sexually active.
